Hotel Payment

Please complete the appropriate section of the Accommodation Booking Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. The hotel reservation cannot be confirmed until the Accommodation Booking Form has been received including a 50% deposit, specification of the category, type of room preferred, and the dates required. Participants are asked to indicate their preference on hotel category in numerical order. If the preferred hotel category is not available, registrants will be given the next available choice. The deposit should correspond to the price of the hotel category of the registrant’s first choice.
The Accommodation Booking Form should be sent along with the full payment to the secretariat of the Conference, KoiSPE Yannis Volikas, Amfissa, Greece as shown in the accommodation form, the soonest possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the registrants stating the amount due, as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay. Full payment should be made before August 25th, 2013.
