Applications to attend the conference should be made by completing and returning the Registration Form
to the Conference Secretariat together with proof of the necessary
payments at the earliest possible date. Registrations will be regarded
as final, only after the Registration Form and fees have been received
by the Secretariat. Please follow carefully the instructions concerning
required payments.

The registration fee for the main registrants covers:
conference
folder, access to the main conference and workshops, coffee breaks,
lunches, transportation from the city centre to the conference area,

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your place after 25th of August 2013, you will be charged administrative expenses, which amount to 50% of the fee. No refund is possible if you cancel after 28th of August.
